The National Federation of the Blind of Louisiana (NFBL) is an organization of blind and visually impaired Louisianans who believe that with the appropriate training, attitude and opportunities, blind people can (and do) achieve their dreams; not the scaled-down dreams resulting from low expectations, but the dreams that all people have. We believe that it is never too late to learn new techniques and new ways of thought.
Every year the NFBL organizes a state convention and anyone interested is invited to attend.
