State Convention 2026

State Convention Registration Form

Please complete all fields to register for the NFBL state convention. This form includes the registration event fee, meals, banquet tickets, division dues, and transportation. If you are registering multiple people, you will need to complete a form for each participant. Regarding the registration event fee, select the event fee per the participant's age. There is no registration fee for children under 6; please select none under event fee if the additional participant is 0 to 6 years old.
